Marinus currently has two programs in development, Ganaxolone and Chelerythrine. Ganaxolone is being developed for the treatment of both infantile spasms and adult complex partial seizures. Phase IIb studies of Ganaxolone in both indications are planned for early 2007. Chelerythrine is in pre-clinical development for the treatment of bipolar disorder and the cognitive deficits of schizophrenia.
